We run roll-off containers out of our Little Creek Road yard to all fifteen communities we cover on the Southside and across the harbor — Norfolk itself and the neighborhoods of Ghent, Larchmont, Colonial Place, Park Place, Berkley, Ocean View, Lafayette-Winona and Willoughby, plus the Southside cities of Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and Portsmouth, and the Peninsula cities of Hampton, Newport News and Poquoson. Norfolk and its own neighborhoods are usually same-day; Southside neighbors are typically same- or next-day, and Peninsula cities across the harbor are more often next-day. If your address is not listed, call anyway. We likely still get there.

What is the fastest way to get a dumpster in Norfolk?

What hours can I reach you?
Mon–Sat 7:00am – 7:00pm. If you call outside those hours, leave a message with the address and the job and you will get a call back first thing. Deliveries and pickups run during business hours; a pickup can occasionally be arranged earlier by agreement.
How quickly can you deliver?
Near the yard in Norfolk and its own neighborhoods — Ghent and Larchmont included — a morning call is often a same-day delivery. Southside neighbors like Virginia Beach and Chesapeake usually run same- or next-day. Peninsula cities across the harbor like Hampton or Newport News usually run next-day rather than same-day. Book earlier when a job is time-sensitive — jobsite swap-outs get priority over new deliveries because a full container stops a crew working.
Do you need me to be there for the delivery?
No. Mark the spot with a cone, a stake or chalk, tell us about gate codes, soft ground and low limbs, and keep your phone on. The driver will call before setting the container down if anything about the placement looks wrong.
What information should I have ready when I call?
The delivery address, what you are throwing away, roughly how much of it there is, where you want the container to sit, and when you want it. If it is a roof, the number of squares and the layer count. If it is concrete or soil, say so early — that changes the container before it changes the price.
